Pool

The Norseman Swimming Pool is open during the summer months (approximately November to March). Opening hours are from midday to 6.00pm, 7 days a week (excluding Christmas Day).

Pool/Gym

Available during pool hours or alternatively to cater for shiftworkers/towns people access is available out of hours (users are given a key to gain access). The pool is also available for social functions. Conditions apply to both, enquiries can be directed to the Shire office on (08) 9039 1205.

Community Bus

A bus is available to the community courtesy of the Norseman Sport Recreationn Federeation. Council is acting as their booking agent and all monies collected for the hire of the Community Bus are to be paid directly into a nominated Norseman Sports Federation bank account.

Social Events

Town Hall

The Norseman Town Hall is located on Prinsep Street. The Hall is available for functions and can seat up to 200 people. Crockery, tables and seating is included in the hall.

Sporting Complex

The Norseman Sporting Complex is located at the town oval on Sinclair Street. The complex is available for functions and can seat upto 100 people. A kitchen, kiosk, showers and chairs are included at the complex.

Oval & Lights

The town oval is available for use by all the townspeople and sporting groups. Access is not restricted, and for interested people night time use is available at a cost of $5.50/hour.

Basketball Courts & Lights

The basketball courts is available for use by all the townspeople and sporting groups. Access is not restricted, and for interested people night time use is available at a cost of $5.50/hour.

Tennis Courts

Hire of the tennis courts is available.

Squash Courts

Hire of Squash Courts is available on a token system. There are two courts available at the northern end of the sporting complex. Tokens are available through the Norseman Tourist Bureau on (08) 9039 1071.

Skate Park

The Skatepark is located on Robert Street behind Marks Park and in front of the Swimming Pool.
