Norseman's telephone system is serviced by Telstra in Esperance, and any problems should be directed to them. We are serviced by Telstra’s Mobilenet and CDMA, however coverage is restricted.

Radio Stations received are Hot FM 101.7, ABC FM, Regional ABC, Esperance 747 and Kalgoorlie 6KG. It is possible at night to pick up other stations.

Televisions Stations received are ABC, ABC 2, ABC 3, ABC News 24, Seven, GWN, Nine, WIN, Ten, SBS 1, SBS 2, NITV, One ,Eleven, GEM, GO!, WTV 7Two and 7Mate.
