Environmental Health
The Shire's contracted Health Department is responsible for all Environmental Health issues relevant to the well being of the community.
These include control of the following:
- Food premises and handling procedures
- Septic tanks and effluent disposal
- Water quality
- Refuse disposal
- Pest control
- Caravan Parks & Camping Grounds
- Infectious diseases
- Nuisance which may give rise to health hazards
