The Shire of Dundas is looking for a suitable person to join our Finance & Admin Team in the role of Junior Records & Administration Officer. 

Reporting to Senior Finance & Administration Officer, the position is directly responsible for various admin/records duties related to records management, minutes and meetings preparation, stationery, customer and phone queries, library services and secretarial services.

Full in-house training will be provided for the suitable candidate.

The position will be offered on full time basis with a probation in line with WA Local Government Industry Award 2010.

An attractive remuneration package is negotiable in addition to subsidised housing, utilities and superannuation of up to 14.5 %.
