In accordance with section 5.29(1) of the Local Government Act 1995, notice is hereby given of the Annual Electors Meeting to be held at the Shire Administration Office, Council Chambers on Tuesday 17 March 2026 at 4.30pm.
A general meeting of the electors of the district is to be held once every financial year. The Annual Electors Meeting date is set when the Annual Report is adopted by Council.
The purpose of the meeting is to receive the Annual Report 2024/2025 and discuss any other general business.
The Annual Electors Meeting agenda includes:
- Presentation of the Annual Report for the previous financial year
- General business
Questions or motions from Electors are invited and can be presented at the meeting.
