EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
ROBERTS STREET REVITALISATION PROJECT
The Shire of Dundas is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from owners of unused or under-utilised freehold land within the town precinct between 68-106 Roberts Street, Norseman WA 6443.
The Roberts Street Revitalisation Project aims to encourage new investment into Norseman by improving the appearance, and functionality of the Norseman Town Centre. The goal is to support business growth, create a vibrant and attractive main street environment, while encouraging local economic growth and sustainability.
Submissions should be completed using the EOI form available at www.dundas.wa.gov.au or collected from the Shire Administration Office, 88-92 Prinsep Street Norseman and be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer.
Submissions close Tuesday 30 June 2026 at 4.30pm.
